The Syringe Production Line mainly include five parts:
1. Production of Syringe Parts;
Firstly, Syringe Molds will work together with Injection Molding Machine to melt medical PP particles and then from into syringe parts like syringe barrel, plunger, needle cap etc...
2. Syringe Printing;;
Secondly, ready syringe barrel will be printed the tick mark on the surface by Syringe Printing Machine to show the syringe size is 3ml, 5ml or 10ml or else.
3. Assembly of Syringe Parts;
Thirdly, ready syringe parts like syringe barrel, plunger, gasket,needle will be assembled together by Syringe Assembly Machine to be a complete syringe that is used to inject medicine.
4. Syringe Packing;
Fourthly, complete syringes will be packed individually by Blister Packing Machine or Ribbon Packing Machine.And then individually packed syringes will be put into boxes and boxes into cartons by manual for the next final step.
5. Syringe Sterilization
Finally, syringes in cartons will be sterilized by ETO Sterilization Chamber before they go into the market to promise its safety to use.
